About This Event

EQUIPPING STUDENTS FOR THE FUTURE

In line with its commitment to sustainable student development, the 27th Management Sciences Students’ Association (MASSA) Executive Council successfully implemented a six-week intensive training program titled Impact 360°, running from the first week of November to the second week of December 2025.

The program was strategically designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world employability, equipping students with relevant, in-demand skills required in today’s competitive digital economy.

Hands-On Digital and Technical Skill Development

Throughout the six-week period, participants engaged in practical, hands-on training across key digital and technological fields, including:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Graphic Design (using Canva and PixelLab)
  • UI/UX Design
  • Coding and Programming Fundamentals

These sessions were structured to ensure that students not only understood theoretical concepts but also applied them through guided tasks, projects, and real-time practice.

Career Readiness and Professional Positioning

Beyond technical skills, *Impact 360°* placed strong emphasis on career preparedness and professional branding. Students were trained in critical career development modules such as:

  • CV Optimization and Structuring
  • LinkedIn Profile Building
  • Personal Branding and Professional Visibility

These modules empowered participants to present themselves effectively to employers, recruiters, and professional networks.

A Deliberate Investment in Student Capacity

The Impact 360° Training Program reflects the deliberate, strategic, and results-oriented approach of the 27th MASSA administration to student empowerment. By prioritizing capacity building and employability, the administration demonstrated leadership that goes beyond routine student activities to deliver long-term value and measurable impact

Setting a Standard for Student Leadership

As a throwback to this landmark initiative, Impact 360° stands as evidence of the 27th MASSA Executive Council’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and forward-thinking governance within the Faculty of Management Sciences.
