Established emergency support fund and mental health awareness programs for students in need.
Career Development Summit
Organized the largest career fair in FMS history with 50+ companies and 300+ student participants.

Implemented peer tutoring programs that improved student performance by 25% across all departments.
Digital Transformation Initiative
Successfully launched the MASSA digital platform, connecting over 2,500 FMS students in one centralized hub.
